“ Very pleased with both outward and return journeys with the same driver. Lots of info given by text about both journeys which was v reassuring particularly with all the travel panic around coronavirus with countries and borders closing. Driver knew about road issues and had a well planned return route. In Gatwick on return I was contacted whilst in a manic arrivals hall awaiting baggage so I knew that the driver was close by.”

“Jas was a top bloke and very polite and friendly. I didn't talk much as just had an 11 hour overnight flight from LA so was tired. Basically left to chill in back seat until arrival at my house. Would use again. ”

“The journey to the station should not have taken 1h20. With traffic, it should have been a 45mn journey. It therefore meant that we had a small 20mn window only to go through security, border control and onboard the train. The driver should have followed a more efficient route. ”
