“Absolutely shame!!! Nothing to review because the taxi did not show up at the confirmed time (3.45 AM). I have almost missed my flights. Fortunately there are more reliable companies around. I found VERY BAD I was not given any contact number to call the driver/company in case they don't show up. I think I will go back to companies where I have a direct/telephone interaction with the driver. BAD BAD BAD!!!!”

“The taxi was late for 40 minutes. Reason given was frafic congestions. The requested vehicle was VW Sharan. The vehicle picking us up was a Toyota Prius. It was a hassle with our luggages in the car, very uncomfortable one hour trip to Gatwick. Very dissapointed. ”

“I had cancelled my journey 48 hours before, and despite contacting you AND the company numerous time I am yet to receive my refund. Will not be using this service again, and would not recommend. ”

“Driver had two pickups, one at 4.30am and one at 6am. He rang the 6am pickup at 4.30am instead of using the contact number provided for the 4.30am. This was a bit inconvenient ... Driver was on time, good. But passengers said he drove quite crazily, close to other cars, unnecessary... please take more care”
